If you don’t believe in God this post may cause you nightmares or it could be the eye-opener you have been needing.

Are you ready to find out if your jeopardizing your children’s life?

OK, here goes…

Let’s say there is a Heaven and Hell…

Which one would you pick for yourself and your children?

That’s a no-brainer,right…

Question is would you get what you wished for?

Picture this scenario and let me know if you’re risking what you wish for.
You have all those kiddos in your great minivan, happily driving along to your Saturday soccer games.
When all the sudden…

The clouds start to move in and part.   As you look up, the sky is spectacular and it takes your breath away with its beauty.
You say, “What in the world is going on.”
Low and behold all you see is the most amazing sky you have ever seen before.

And then you see it…
Jesus in all his glory coming down out of the clouds.
You slam on the brakes and sit there in amazement!
You can’t believe what you are seeing.

You children start asking, “What is going on mom?”

All you can say is…
“I’m sorry I didn’t believe he was for real, it’s not a HOAX, God is real.”
They respond with, “Who is God, Mom?”

You don’t know what to say…

People have talked about God and this man named Jesus.  You have never talked to your children about him, because you didn’t take it serious.  You were too busy with the world and what it expected from you as a mom.

When it comes to giving your child the best of things and making sure that they are happy and have good self-esteem.  You were spending all your time trying to be the devoted mom.

You ask yourself,  “What do I do now, he is for real.”

All of the sudden you realize that the world is coming to an end and what they say in the Bible is for real.  You think for a moment and remember a friend reading this to you.

In the Bible Jesus promised us: “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die.” (John 11:25-26).

You think to yourself, “Why didn’t I listen, now what is going to happen to us?  I didn’t believe in God or Jesus, so I didn’t teach my children about him.  I always thought that when they become adults if they wanted a spiritual life they would figure it out on their own.  God I am so sorry I didn’t take you serious.”

“Crap, we are all going to hell. What have I done to my children”, You ask yourself.

Is this your story?

1. Do you want to take a chance with your children’s everlasting lives?

2. Do you want to take the chance of being separated from your children if God in his wisdom and mercy takes your children to heaven with him and not you?

I have no idea when the world is coming to an end, but I sure would hate myself if it came to an end tomorrow and…
I neglected to teach my children about a spiritual life and their Savior.

I look at it this way…
Is it worth the GAMBLE?

If there is a heaven and hell like the Bible says…
“Let not your heart be troubled; You believe in God, believe in Me., In My Father’s house are many ‘mansions’; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”

Here is one little part of the Bible that Jesus talks about going to Heaven…
John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life,”

One that explains Heaven…
Revelation 21:4 “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

If you’ve ever wiped the tears away from your young child eyes, you can appreciate this delightful scenario.

Here is a part that talks about hell….

John 3:18b is clear that those who do not believe in Jesus Christ suffer eternal punishment, “whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.” “Anyone who does not believe in Jesus Christ, anyone who does not repent of their sin, and anyone who does not ask for forgiveness, is doomed to eternal separation from God and His holy angels”.

What this is saying…

Hell, is living without God and His Son Jesus Christ.
Sounds like a devastating situation.

Jesus takes away our pain, so hell has to be living with pain.  Doesn’t sound like much fun to me.
With that said, what do we have to loss by giving God a chance.

Take a chance on God and Jesus, so when you die you are surrounded with LOVE forever. Not to mention all those family members and friends that did believe in Jesus.
Or you can forget about what I said and have it end like this…

1. Dying someday and knowing you’re a corpse that will never see your loved ones again, because you think people are born without a soul…

2. Dying someday and going to hell where there is NO LOVE and you and you children suffer through agony every day…

(Kind of like those days when you’re stuck in the house with your kids all day, because of a big snow or rain storm and all they are doing is fighting with each other. And all you want is no noise and a tall glass of wine.)

As a parent, it is your choice, which do you choose?
A. Condemning your children to an everlasting life in hell?

B. Or knowing your children are going to heaven surrounded by love and happiness, with you by their side?

Are your children going to be writing you this letter someday?

Dear Mom and Dad,
I don’t understand please explain Why…
1. You taught me how to walk
2. You taught me how to run
3. You taught me how to talk
4. You taught me how to eat
5. You helped teach me how to read
6. You helped teach me how to play fair
7. You taught me how to be a friend
8. You taught me how to ride a bicycle and drive a car
9. You taught me how to keep my room clean
10. You taught me how to make money for food and housing
11. But you never taught me about Jesus, the one person that could save me when you were no longer close by to protect me and save me.
12. WHY DIDN’T YOU?

I am grateful that my Mother always took the time to give me a spiritual life and taught me that Jesus Loves me.  It has helped me in this life when darkens seem to loomed over me and I felt like I was drowning.

Now I can look forward to those amazing days when I leave this planet called Earth and spend them with my Heavenly Father and Savior.

The choice is yours…

Darkens and agony for your kids and yourself?

Or Light and Happiness for your kids and yourself?

All it takes is a little faith and the door shall open and you WALK-IN.
